First topic: Food Allergy

Hi everyone. I start off my diet tips in my blog by Food Allergy. Have you ever heard about food allergy? Can you imagine that food also can bring harm to our body? Most people with food allergies are allergic to fewer than 4 foods. It happens when people produce exessive amounts of an antibody called IgE (Immunoglobulin E) in response to some foods. It is actually an unusual reponse made by body’s immune system. The combination of an allergen with allergen-specific IgE can caused chemical mediators release. It can cause itching, respiratory system disorder, nausea, diarrhea or swelling. Foods that commonly cause allergic reactions are: Milk, Eggs, Soya, Fish, Shellfish (including mussels, crab and shrimps), Peanuts, tree nuts and wheat

你有听说过食物敏感症?你可曾想象食物也会你身体有害的呢?大多数食物敏性的人不会4种以上食物生敏感反。食物敏会生是因人体某些食物量的抗体(IgE)。是一种身体的免疫系生的反。当外来敏原与体内抗体合会造成象。 包括痕痒,呼吸系统问题,呕吐,腹泻或浮问题。以下是普遍被认为敏的食物:牛奶, 鸡蛋, 黄豆, ,甲壳类动物 (蚌,螃蟹,虾类), 花生, 坚果   .
