Nutrition (Pregnancy)

I believe pregnancy is a long and difficult process for every mum in the world. Through a better diet planning for pregnant women, more protein and nutrients, particularly iron, folate, iodine, and zinc, they can have a healthier body to welcome their beloved baby.
