White color of foods

The white color in foods contain a natural pigment name as organosulfur compounds”. Study did shows that this natural pigment reduces the risk of stomach cancer and heart disease. Certain white color phytochemical contains healthy chemicals such as allicin. For example Garlic. It helps lower our body's cholesterol and blood pressure. Example of foods that fall into this category are Bananas, Cauliflower, Garlic, Ginger, Mushrooms, Onions Parsnips.
