Apple or Coffee for breakfast?

I heard a DJ from my favorite channel asking what can we actually replace coffee for our breakfast? My answer is APPLE. I am not a coffee person but I did try few times on having apple to replace coffee for my breakfast. Apple is a great energy booster, fiber source as well as vitamins. Although apple is nice for breakfast, you still need to have it along with others source of nutrient such as oat, corn-flicks and bread. Apple can't replace the function of milk as source of protein for our body too. You can take it after your main food of breakfast or on the way taking train to workplace in the morning. So folks, try apple for breakfast and you will love it!
