Milk (Tips for post-sick)




Hi everyone. If you just recover from sickness and wonder milk would be good to be consume, you got to read my tips here. For those people who loss appetite during sick period can consume milk as meal replacement for that particular period as milk is high in calories with complete nutrients. Once recover from sick, patient can start taking on soft diet such as porridge, rice or soup for easy digest and add in some fruits and vegetables to increase vitamin intake. It follow by slow normal meal. Cooked foods are easier to be digest compare to raw foods. There is one thing to remember too : even you are having poor appetite during illness, you still need to consume foods as energy sources, without foods you will always feel weak, lethargy and slower recovery period as result. So, I recommend drinking milk to grow your appetite for post-sick people.

如果有些人在患病期间没有食欲,是可以饮用牛奶来替代正餐的。因为牛奶的营养丰富和高卡路里。一旦恢复健康,就可以开始进食如粥或米汤等易消化的软食,加入一些水果和蔬菜,可增加维生素的摄取。之后再慢慢地开始恢复正餐。煮熟的蔬菜类也比生吃的较容易消化。另外,就算你是生病期间有食欲不振问题,你仍然需要进食以作为能源消耗的食物。若没有食物,你将永远觉得虚弱,嗜睡,无法很快恢复健康。
