Milk (Last tips)

Can we drink milk when we feel thirsty? No, you are advised to drink water or an isotonic drink. This is because milk is a type of high concentration beverages that will lead more fluid inside our body to dilute in our stomach. Thus, milk is unable to solve the thirsty problem but can make our body "more thirsty". It is the same concept too for sugary drink included carbonated drink or coffee beverages. Water is the only beverage recommended during thirsty.

有人会好奇口渴时可以喝牛奶吗?不,你最好慢慢地喝清水。这是因为牛奶是一种高浓度的饮料类型,这将导致我们体内更多的液体来稀释我们的肠胃里的牛奶。因此,它不仅未能解决问题,还使我们更加口渴。当然,含有糖份的饮料或咖啡因的饮料也不适合解渴,反而会造成越来越渴。水是唯一建议在口渴时饮用的。
